Welcome to Sayvour. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sayvour mobile application ("App") operated by Imaginelle Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Sayvour is a voice-first nutrition tracking application that helps you log and understand what you eat. The App provides the following features:

• Voice-based meal logging — speak naturally and the App records what you ate
• Automated nutrition estimation from your spoken meal descriptions
• A personal food diary stored locally on your device
• Daily and historical nutrition summaries
• Optional meal reminders via local notifications

2. Not Medical or Dietary Advice

Sayvour is an informational tool only and does not constitute medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. The nutrition estimates provided by the App are approximations based on AI processing of your meal descriptions. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be used as the basis for medical decisions, treatment of any health condition, or management of a medically supervised diet.

If you have a medical condition, food allergy, eating disorder, or specific dietary requirements, please consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making any changes to your diet.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

The App does not require you to create a user account. All food diary data is stored locally on your device. No registration or login is needed to use the core features of the App.

5. In-App Purchases

Sayvour may offer both free and paid features:

• Free: Core meal logging, nutrition estimates, and diary access at no cost.
• Paid features: Additional features may be available through a one-time or subscription purchase, as described within the App.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. All transactions are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies. We do not directly process any payment information. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change, though existing purchases will not be affected.

6. Voice Logging

The voice logging feature allows you to describe a meal out loud and have it logged automatically. When you use this feature:

• Your voice is recorded on your device and sent to our AI processing service for transcription and nutrition estimation
• Audio is processed in real-time by a third-party AI service and is not retained after a response is returned
• The service is rate-limited to maintain quality and prevent abuse
• Nutrition estimates are approximations. Accuracy varies by food type, portion description, and regional variations in recipes
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any nutrition data returned by the voice logging service

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended personal use. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's backend services
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its associated servers
• Abuse the voice logging service through excessive automated or scripted requests
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the property of Imaginelle Labs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Nutrition estimates will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular dietary purpose
• Voice transcription will accurately interpret all speech, accents, or food descriptions
• Notifications will always be delivered on time, as delivery depends on device settings and operating system behaviour

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imaginelle Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes based on App-provided nutrition estimates, or any other losses arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for any paid features in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the voice logging service if we detect abuse or a violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Imaginelle Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
