Terms of Service

Welcome to Subflo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Subflo mobile application ("App") operated by Imaginelle Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Subflo is a subscription tracking application that helps you manage and monitor your recurring subscriptions. The App provides the following features:

• Tracking subscriptions with renewal dates and costs
• Payment history tracking and spending analytics
• Renewal reminders via local notifications
• Voice input for adding subscriptions (Pro feature)
• Google Drive backup and restore (Pro feature)
• Multi-currency support (Pro feature)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

The App does not require you to create a user account. All subscription data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to use the Google Drive backup feature, you will need to sign in with your Google account. We do not create or maintain separate user accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subflo offers both free and paid (Pro) tiers:

• Free Tier: Unlimited subscription tracking, renewal reminders, and spending insights at no cost.
• Pro Tier: Unlocks voice input, Google Drive backup, and dual-currency support through an in-app purchase.

Pro purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies. We do not directly process any payment information.

Prices for Pro features are displayed in the App and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though existing purchases will not be affected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking personal subscriptions. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend services
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its associated servers
• Abuse the voice input service through excessive automated requests
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it

6. Voice Input Service

The Pro voice input feature allows you to add subscriptions using your voice. When you use this feature:

• Your voice is recorded on your device and sent to our cloud service for transcription and processing
• Audio recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers
• The service is rate-limited to prevent abuse (50 requests per hour, 100 requests per month per device)
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of voice transcription or subscription field extraction

7. Google Drive Backup

If you use the Google Drive backup feature:

• Your subscription data will be uploaded to your personal Google Drive account
• Data is stored in a folder named "SubfloBackup" in your Google Drive
• We only access files created by the App and do not read other files in your Drive
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account
• Backup availability is subject to Google Drive's terms of service and storage limits

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the property of Imaginelle Labs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Subscription tracking data, renewal dates, or payment calculations will be perfectly accurate
• Notifications will always be delivered on time (delivery depends on device settings and operating system behavior)
• The voice input feature will accurately interpret all speech

Subflo is an informational tool only. It does not manage, modify, or cancel your actual subscriptions. You are solely responsible for managing your subscriptions with their respective providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imaginelle Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed subscription renewals, unexpected charges, or any other losses arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro features in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the voice input service if we detect abuse or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Imaginelle Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
