Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Outflo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Outflo is a personal expense tracking application that allows you to:

• Record and manage your expenses
• Track spending across multiple currencies
• Categorize your expenses and payment methods
• Generate PDF reports of your expenses
• Optionally back up your data to your personal Google Drive account

User Responsibilities

When using Outflo, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Keep your device secure and protected
• Be responsible for all data you enter into the app
• Maintain the accuracy of your expense records
• Keep your Google account credentials (if using Drive backup) secure and confidential
• Ensure sufficient free space is available on your Google Drive for backups to succeed (if using Drive backup)
• Not delete or modify the contents of the "Outflo" folder created by the app on your Google Drive, as this folder is used to backup your data

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of expense data you enter
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• You use the app at your own risk

Intellectual Property

Outflo and all associated materials are owned by Imaginelle Labs LLP. This includes:

• The app's source code, design, and user interface
• The Outflo name, logo, and branding
• All documentation and help materials

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app's code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Outflo name or logo without permission
• Create derivative works based on the app

Privacy and Data

Your use of Outflo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

Key points:

• Your data stays on your device
• We do not collect or store your data on our servers
• Optional Google Drive backup stores data in your own Google account
• You have complete control over your data

Third-Party Services

Outflo may integrate with third-party services:

• Google Drive: Used only if you enable the backup feature
• Google Sign-In: Used only for authenticating with your Google account

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for how third-party services operate or handle your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Outflo is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of expense calculations
• Warranties that backups will always succeed or data will never be lost

You understand and agree that:

• The app may contain bugs or errors
• Features may change or be removed in future updates
• The app may not work on all devices or operating system versions
• Data loss can occur due to device failure, software bugs, or other factors

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imaginelle Labs LLP and its developers shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app
• Damages caused by errors, bugs, or interruptions in service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device or data

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Financial Disclaimer

Outflo is a personal expense tracking tool only. It is not:

• Financial advice or a financial planning service
• Tax preparation software or tax advice
• An accounting system for business use
• A replacement for professional financial services

You should:

• Consult with qualified professionals for financial or tax advice
• Verify all calculations and reports before making financial decisions
• Use professional accounting software if needed for business purposes

Data Backup and Loss

While Outflo offers an optional Google Drive backup feature:

• You are responsible for maintaining enough free space on your Google Drive for backups to succeed
• We do not guarantee that backups will always succeed
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app errors, or other causes
• You should regularly export your data or maintain multiple backups

App Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or the entire app
• Release updates that may change how the app works
• Require certain app or OS versions for continued use
• Change these Terms of Service at any time

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using Outflo at any time by:

• Uninstalling the app from your device
• Deleting your Google Drive backup (if any)

We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue the app at any time
• Block access to future updates if terms are violated
• Remove the app from app stores

Upon termination:

• Your local data will remain on your device until you delete it
• Your Google Drive backup will remain in your account until you delete it
• You will no longer receive updates or support

Support and Maintenance

You understand that:

• We provide no technical support obligations
• We may discontinue development at any time
• Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice
• We are not obligated to fix bugs or add requested features

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Imaginelle Labs LLP regarding the use of Outflo.
